This position will be located in Kelapa Gading (Work From Office) with the following details: Job Responsibilities: Execute detailed manual tests to ensure the software's functionality, usability, reliability, and performance. Identify, record, and document thoroughly all bugs and inconsistencies in the software. Collaborate with the software development team to understand product design and requirements. Participate in the development and review of test plans, test cases, and testing strategies. Provide feedback on software usability and functionality to improve user experience. Assist in the prioritisation of test activities and the management of test environments. Work closely with developers to reproduce bugs and verify fixes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and trends. Occasionally assist in basic development tasks or automation testing efforts, leveraging knowledge of programming languages and development frameworks. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years experience in manual software testing. Basic understanding of software development processes and languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, etc.). Proficiency in test management software and QA methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
